Join us for a special notebook personalization event! On Friday, December 1, we’ll be hosting Leuchtturm, the makers of the popular Leuchtturm1917 and Semikolon notebooks and planners, as they personalize your notebook cover for you. They’ll be bringing their foil-stamping machine to stamp your name or a short phrase of your choice onto your notebook cover. Visit the shop from 12-5pm to get your notebook stamped. Personalization is free with your purchase of any medium (A5) Leuchtturm1917 or Semikolon notebook!
A personalized notebook makes a great holiday gift for a loved one! Customers who don’t live locally can join the fun, too: just preorder your notebook on our site and enter your personalization request, and we will ship it to you after the event in December.*
Purchase your notebook early to make sure you get the color of your choice! Just bring in your notebook and receipt on the day of the event and we will stamp it for you. Don’t have time to pre-purchase? We’ll have notebooks available at the shop on the day of the event, too!

We are able offer many shipping options thanks to our long-term relationship with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse staff are highly trained and will wrap your goods in accordance with our exact and precise specifications. Your items will go through an extensive inspection and be properly packaged prior to being shipped. We deliver to hundreds of thousands of customers each day across various countries. This shows our commitment to becoming the largest online retailer in the world. Both Europe as well as the USA have warehouses and distribution centers.
Note: Orders containing more than one item will be assigned a separate processing time for each item.
We will thoroughly inspect all items ordered before shipping. Today, most orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us, as we're involved with several entities, including the factory and the storage. The stock can change at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your purchase after it has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed in the past since you purchased however, we're unable to give an exchange or refund.
The item should not be in use and must be in the original packaging. The item should be in its original packaging.
